• Free Shipping: via EMS for orders over $50, delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

4.3 International Orders

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian and remote regions. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties which may apply.

4.4 Delivery Issues

5. Returns and Refunds

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery if they are:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• With all original tags attached
• In original packaging with no signs of wear or damage

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Eyewear (unless defective)
• Jewellery (unless defective)
• Hats & Scarves (unless defective)

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within:

• 5-10 business days for credit cards
• 3-5 business days for PayPal
