All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two convenient shipping options to suit your needs:

- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). Please note that customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary by country.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every purchase from our contemporary collection. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in their original packaging with no signs of wear or damage
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

How to Return an Item
Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package your items with the original packing slip and ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days after delivery to our warehouse):
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
- PayPal refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return. You’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
