We accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. All returned items must be in their original packaging with no signs of wear or damage.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include the following information:
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Please note that returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package your items and include the original packing slip. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days after delivery to our warehouse):
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank
- PayPal refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return. You’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
